Painting a still life is like having a little theatre where you put on plays," Susan Wilson Susan Wilson, a New Zealander living in London creates energetic still life paintings. The still life is a subject Wilson returns to constantly. She constructs her still lifes by carefully selecting the objects which become like characters in a theatre.
